As the Octogone Group marks 30 years of excellence, we are proud to celebrate one of our earliest expansions: Octogone Fund Management Ltd., our Nassau-based entity, which has been an integral part of the Group since 2000.

Established as the second office of the Octogone Group after Geneva, our Nassau entity has played a key role in expanding the Group’s international reach and capabilities.

Fully licensed by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas, Octogone Fund Management holds two licenses. Its core business is Discretionary Investment Management, with additional activities in Corporate Services and the administration of Personal Holding Companies for key clients.

Our dedicated team includes professionals who have been with Octogone since its earliest days. From Nassau, they support a broad network of Relationship Managers (RMs), Correspondents, and Introducers across the Group—including Geneva, Panama, and Miami. Being in the New York time zone enables smooth coordination with U.S. markets and ensures timely execution of international trading instructions.

The Bahamas’ unique but well-developed financial and legal ecosystem—featuring a high density of banks, high-speed internet, and sophisticated fiduciary structures such as Bahamas Trusts—makes it an attractive base for wealth and estate planning.

Our experienced and enthusiastic team serves a diverse client base from South America, Europe, and a growing number of Bahamas-based residents. They also assist with residency applications and selected family office services as part of our commitment to providing holistic client support.
